HMB: Book 3. GRB

02/04/2025 Book 3 is complete. I will be removing book 3 chapters from Royal Road in the next few days. Thank you so much for reading. I have more stories coming soon which will feature goblins in the same world. I've been wanting to write these stories for almost five years now. I'll post an update when I begin to publish the first story. 05/03/2023 Book 2 is complete. We are moving into the 1st arc of Book 3, the last book of Hawkin's Magic Beers. 10/09/2022 After two years on Royal Road, Book 1 will now exclusively appear on amazon, kindle unlimited. We are in the second arc of Book 2. Hawkin rejected old world civilization to pursue a slower pace of living, isolated in the woods, equipped with the remnant skills of his lumberjack quest path—a quest path he'd disabled long ago. After ten rugged years deep in the northern forests, he befriends an ancient and powerful monster. A lost, traveling trio of monks then show up in Hawkin's woods. The monks share a beer so good, it forces Hawkin to consider returning to the adventure of pursuing the Brewer quest path. One of a thousand gods wants Hawkin’s help to expand their influence among humans by guiding him along the path to becoming one of the greatest brewers the world has ever known. Hawkin’s only condition is that he never leaves his woods. When goblins encroach on his territory, Hawkin may have no choice but to leave his wilderness—his one true home—behind. Perhaps the bizarre companions he meets along the way may be able to help with that… Numbers go up. Monsters cause occasional conflict. Gods and systems provide quests and rewards.
