It takes more than just talent to reach the heavens. More than just an accident of birth or a flash of fortune. It is a long, arduous journey that comes with many costs. It takes determination. Will. A strive to improve and overcome. ...and a little bit of help in the form of a miraculous artifact offering guidance, purpose, and treasures beyond mortal comprehension certainly goes a long way. When you’re an orphan street rat with no money, no family, and nothing but hunger and death in your future, you don’t question miracles. Calvin certainly didn’t question his. And suddenly, his future didn't seem quite so dark any more What to expect: - Gradual progression  - A clearly defined power system based on xianxia cultivation - Minor LitRPG elements native to the setting with no all-powerful out of context system to rely on - Sects, martial arts, and young masters, oh my! - An expansive original setting drawing on more than just typical xianxia influences with room to grow and an explicit ceiling Tentatively updating Sundays.
